Delivery Timeline
For both domestic and international orders, delivery is typically completed within 3–7 business days. However, shipments to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take up to 10–12 business days.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are delivered between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Proof of Delivery
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, you may authorize a representative such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor to sign on your behalf. Neera Naturals is not responsible for deliveries accepted by an alternative person.
Responsibility After Delivery
Neera Naturals is not responsible for any damage to the product after it has been delivered and accepted.
Claims and Complaints
In case of shortages, damages, or any issues with your order, you must contact Customer Care on the day of delivery or within 7 business days. Requests made after this period may not be considered.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges may vary depending on factors such as product type, packaging, size, volume, and delivery location. The applicable charges will be displayed at the time of checkout.
