Did we make a mistake? If you received an incorrect order, please reach out within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Because of the nature of our products, we prioritize safety and hygiene; therefore, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unopened and unused. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on opened items, and local duties/taxes remain non-refundable.
