Shipping Policy

Domestic or International Orders: The order will be delivered within 3-7 business days. This might take 10-12 days if the location is hard to cover.
Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 7 pm Monday – Saturday.
When the goods are delivered, they will need to be signed. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please suggest someone else, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor.
Neera Naturals takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
Neera Naturals is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages or any complaints regarding your order, please contact Customer Care on the day of delivery or within 7 business days for resolution.
Rates for shipping and handling may vary depending on the product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other variables. Consumers will be informed of the shipping and handling charges at the time of check out.
